Fee Structure

  • Retained: Our top priority. This plan is for an urgent situation, or for a sensitive case in which confidentiality is paramount. We serve as your company's directed recruiting resource. Fee is computed at 30% of first-year compensation. You pay us one-third to initiate the search, one-third when the candidate accepts, and the remainder when the candidate begins employment.
  • Engagement Fee: We give this assignment very high priority committing mutiple resources to the search. You pay us a fee to initiate the search in the amount of 25 % of the estimated overall fee. This engagement fee is non-refundable, the remainder of the fee, determined at time of hire, is on a contingency basis.
  • Contingency: We refer candidates who most closely match your company's requirements. If you hire someone we've presented, our fee is 30% of anticipated first year compensation. If you hire someone through another source, no fee is due.
  • Contract Staffing:  The worker goes on our payroll. We bill you a single hourly amount which includes the compensation to the worker, the labor burden and a margin which you will find to be very competitive.
